What it is
White vein kratom is harvested from leaves with white or light-colored central veins, typically from younger trees or earlier in the growth cycle. It has the most stimulating alkaloid profile of the three primary vein colors, with higher mitragynine-to-7-hydroxymitragynine ratios. At typical doses (2-4g), white vein produces noticeable energy, enhanced focus, and mood elevation without significant sedation. Some users substitute it for morning coffee. At higher doses, it can produce anxiety or overstimulation in sensitive individuals. Common cultivars include White Maeng Da, White Borneo, and White Thai.
